One of FAMILY CARE’s key results is the creation of a European Framework of Competences for digital validation of skills in informal caregiving. Developed through expert consultation and real-life input from pilot countries, the framework is now available in English and all partner languages.
This tool provides a solid structure to identify, describe, and validate the competences of family caregivers. It’s designed for adult educators, guidance counsellors, training institutions, and policy makers – all working to promote the visibility and value of informal learning.
