To achieve its objectives, FAMILY CARE works hand in hand with adult teachers, counsellors and guidance practitioners to support the validation of competences acquired by Family Carers in non-formal and informal learning through digital badges and micro-credentials.
Consequently, these professionals are provided with a set of materials to promote the re-entry of Family Carers into the labour market by promoting the visibility and attractiveness of the competences acquired during unpaid domestic work.
Let us recall that the beneficiaries of the FAMILY CARE project are family carers, but the target and strategic groups to make this initiative a reality are adult teachers, counsellors and guidance practitioners.
