Family Care Project Holds Successful Capacity Building Session in Tenerife

From 29th to 31st January 2025, partners of the FAMILY CARE project came together in Tenerife, Spain, for a three-day capacity building session that set the stage for the project’s upcoming piloting phase. The event gathered organisations from Lithuania, Spain, Turkey, Poland, Greece, and Ireland in a dynamic, collaborative environment aimed at mastering the tools developed for the FAMILY CARE Virtual Campus.

The training focused on familiarising partners with four key digital resources: the Online Instructional Guide, the Training Modules, the MOOC Courses, and the Mobile Assessment App. These tools are crucial for supporting the validation of competencies acquired by family caregivers through non-formal and informal learning.

The beautiful island of Tenerife provided the ideal backdrop for this hands-on experience, combining intensive work sessions with opportunities for intercultural exchange and partnership strengthening.
