The FAMILY CARE project proudly completed its piloting phase, engaging over 150 participants in Spain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, and Turkey. During this phase, participants tested the Virtual Campus, Mobile Assessment App, digital badges, and micro-credentials in real-life settings, providing valuable insights for further development.
The results were overwhelmingly positive: 94% of family caregivers and educators stated that the training helped them better recognise their competences. The pilot also helped raise awareness about the importance of informal learning and gave visibility to the often-unseen work of caregivers across Europe.
